It is explicitly understood by the player that ‘Player Identity Card – in short PIC) is only a proof of being registered player of RSKA and does not guarantee selection in any team of RSKA or its affiliates.
It is mandatory to provide Aadhar card No. and Clear Scanned copy of Aadhar Card at the time of Registration.
Player will be allowed to play in any event of RSKA or its affiliates, only on the production of the PIC.
The player agrees to abide by all rules of RSKA.
The player agrees to exhibit the highest standards of sportsman spirit on or off the ground.
The player agrees to abide by the decision of Match Officials i.e Umpire, Referee, Assistant Scorer and TV Umpire (if Present).
The player agrees to follow Anti-Doping rules as stipulated by IKF & WADA from time to time.
The ‘Player Identity Card – PIC, is not transferable.
The player agrees not to give his PIC to anyone under any or all circumstances. If anyone is found misusing the PIC, action will be taken against both – the one to whom the PIC belongs and the one who is found misusing the PIC. Hence in case PIC is lost it should immediately be reported to RSKA by SMS or Email or Phone.
The player agrees to make himself / herself available for any promotional activity undertaken by RSKA or being delegated to any Agency including its broadcast partners for which timely information is given to the player. All Expenses of the player to attend such activity will be borne by RSKA or its authorised agency (ies).
The player undertakes that all documents submitted by him at the time of registration are valid and genuine documents. The player further agrees that if any document is found false at a later stage it will be the right of RSKA not only to withdraw the PIC but to take disciplinary action against the errant player.
Key Particulars like Date of Birth, Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and Aadhar Number once submitted will not be changed in any or all circumstances. It is advised that candidate should be careful while submitting his key particulars at the time of registration.
Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited if a player registers him/her more than once his subsequent cards will not be issued and no claim for refund for such consequent registrations will be entertained.
RSKA reserve the right to add, delete or modify the terms and conditions and all such changes will be acceptable to the player
